La Ginestra

The small yellow shrub giving the name to the apartment, La Ginestra, best describes what you feel when crossing the threshold: just space in front of you and a constant exposure to light, to enjoy a stunning sea view and to soak in the colors and in the perfumes of the flowers adorning the two gardens.
Spread over a surface of 45 sqm, where two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room are sited, the three-room apartment comes complete with a dehor available all along the year, thanks to a dedicated covering system; the attention to the details and the innate elegance of the furnishings increase your quality of living.
In the living room the kitchen is equipped with plates, oven, plasma TV, kettle, dishwasher and a sofa bed with a relaxation area. The single room has a corner for study and work, in the master bedroom you can directly access to the second garden, a corner of tranquility sheltered from the world. The bathroom is equipped with suspended sanitary facilities. Private car park.

The provided services make the stay unmatched: La Ginestra is in fact inside a new complex equipped with two pools on staggered areas, one with a suspended bridge and an area dedicated to the kids. In the public areas the look embraces the sea and the surrounding hills, characterized by the intense cultivation of eucalyptus. Just a few minutes away there is the main square of the village, with the town hall and all services.

Magliolo, between sea and mountains
Characterized, only case in Europe, by an astonishing biodiversity of flora and fauna, made possible by the encounter of three geographic systems (Mediterranean, Alpine, Continental), Magliolo allows you to reach the sea in 10 minutes and to plan walks to reach in a short time 1,000 meters of altitude; among the most interesting excursions worth mentioning are the Ligurian Alta Via dei Monti, the path of Terre Alte, and the Via del Ferro.
The district home host a protected natural area; the symbiosis between nature and man has allowed the proliferation of deers, hares, dormices and squirrels and to eucalyptus to grow spontaneously, providing a unique character to the entire area.
The weather is extremely mild; the village, inwhich no more than 1,000 inhabitants live, is quiet and free of traffic. The restaurants offer inland Ligurian specialties.
The nearest seaside resort is Pietra Ligure, with its long beaches, the many sports facilities and the bustling center. Just a few minutes away there are the jewels of the Riviera as Varigotti, Loano, Borgio, Verezzi and Finale Ligure.

The spa is always open on Saturdays from 16 to 20 and Sundays from 10 to 15. From June 10th to September 10th it is also open on Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays from 16 to 20.
